§1 GENEREL
For all services and deliveries from our side the following rules apply. The customer as
a part of the agreement is obliged to accept these rules.
§2 PURPOSE
The web site www.viennaticketsonline.com and the content in it are intended to provide
information about cultural events and to allow the booking on line.
§3 USER CONDITIONS AND COPYRIGHT
The information offered on the homepage www.viennaticketsonline.com is being controlled,
managed and updated regularly. No responsibility will be taken for the fulfilment, timeliness
and correctness of the information on this homepage Amendments and misunderstandings
may occur. External links will be a subjective collection of other web sites. The authors and
operators take full responsibility for the content of these sites.
It is forbidden to use or spread the content of the above mentioned homepage for any
commercial purposes.
§4 OBLIGATION
By selecting your product by www.viennaticketsonline.com is a contract between you and the
organizer obligatory.
§5 TICKETS PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Your tickets can be picked up at the event entrance right before the concert starts. Please
show your ID-Card (Voucher) and your order confirmation there to get your tickets.
If desired, booked tickets for events in Vienna, can be served against € 6.00 surcharge
to your hotel in Vienna, or be sent directly to your address at an additional cost € 15, 00.
From transfer to the hotel staff, we do not assume any liability for lost cards more. Also for
the cards that are lost during delivery by post, we do not assume any liability.
§6 BOOKING
The order of tickets by the Internet, by phone or e-mail are binding as such. Once you have
sent your order successfully, you receive a message from us if your order can be done.
Payment for tickets ordered via credit card or … The Subsequent cancellations are not
possible. Please note, by ordering tickets through internet there is no way to personally
select the places within the selected category. If the selected price category is not available
you will be informed and the alternatives will be presented.
§7 PRICES
The prices on www.viennaticketsonline.com are not binding. The prices on our website are
provided with all legal taxes and fees. We point that the prices on our website could be
different than the printed prices on the ticket. The difference covers organizational expenses.
Depending on the type the different may vary.
§8 TIMETABLES OF THE PERFORMANCES IN THE OPERA
Timetables of the performances in the Vienna Opera’s will be announced at least one month
before the performance, and according to this will be actualised rightly on our Homepage.
§9 CREDIT CADS
Following credit cards are accepted: Diners Club, Visa, Euro card, MasterCard, JCB
§10 DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY
The protection of personal data of our customers is the basis of a trusting relationship
between us and you. If you order by www.viennaticketsonline.com, we need your name,
address, email address, telephone number and your payment information. This information
is compellingly necessary for the completion of your order.
We commit ourselves to immediately delete your payment information after it has been
processed.
§11 CHANGES OF CAST, DATA AND/OR PROGRAM
Performances are subject to changes of cast, date and/or programme and such changes
shall not create an entitlement to return tickets of admission. We are an intermediary
between customers and operators, and take no responsibility for any cancellations,
postponements, linings. We also have no duty to inform you about it – but we try as soon
as it is possible to give you information. Anyway, we do not assume any liability for costs
incurred related to cancelled or postponed events. In case of cancellation of an event a
refund of ticket price will be requested only from the organizer. If an advance fee or shipping
or commitment fee has been deducted and an event is cancelled, we cannot refund these
charges, because the power of mediation has been provided.
§12 LANGUAGE
The contract, all other information, customer service, data, information and complaint
handling are offered in German.
§13 USABLE RIGHT
For these Terms and Conditions, as well as all legal rights between
www.viennaticketsonline.com and the Customer, apply as obligatory agreed according to
Republic of Austria.
Vienna is Place of execution Court of Jurisdiction
§14 PLACE OF EXECUTION
The place of execution for all services for the contract is the seat of our company.
